3. Classes, Events, and Registration

‍We offer in-person and online classes, teachings, and events. By registering for a class or event, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Pay any applicable fees at the time of registration

• Comply with any additional guidelines communicated for a specific class, event, or venue

‍Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds. Class and conference registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session with at least 7 days' notice.

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any class or event at our discretion, including due to insufficient enrollment, facilitator availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Deliverance Ministry and Spiritual Services Disclaimer

Content and services related to healing, deliverance, and spiritual ministry offered on this Site or through associated classes and sessions are provided as part of our religious and pastoral ministry. They are:

• Rooted in our sincerely held religious beliefs and Biblical interpretation

• Not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

• Offered voluntarily; participation is at your own discretion and free will

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from prayer, deliverance ministry, healing ministry, or any spiritual service offered. By participating, you acknowledge that any ministry received is spiritual and pastoral in nature, not clinical or medical treatment.

5. Donations and Giving

Donations made through the Site (including via linked third-party payment processors such as Square) are voluntary gifts to support the Ministry. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment card information; please review the applicable processor's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Invitations to Speak or Minister

Requests submitted through our "Invite" page are inquiries only and do not constitute a confirmed booking until we have communicated written confirmation, including any applicable terms (dates, honorarium, travel arrangements, etc.), which may be governed by a separate agreement.

7. Email List and Communications

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive communications from us regarding ministry updates, class schedules, news, and resources. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, teachings, graphics, logos, images, video, and audio — is owned by or licensed to Melissa Markle and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Scripture quotations are used under the terms of their respective copyright holders and translation licenses.
